Mr. Ngo Thanh Nam
Mr. Ngo serves as CEO of GiNET Consulting & Communication Co., Ltd., which owns and operates the two most-accessed insurance portals in Vietnam, namely Webbaohiem.net and Baohiem24h.net
Mr. Ngo has ten years of experience in the insurance industry. He formerly served as Head of Business Development Department, Aon Vietnam Ltd., known as the No. 1 insurance broker in the world as well as in Vietnam.
He also acted as adviser for several international insurance projects such as the Micro Insurance project initiated by the International Labor Organization, Save the Children U.S. and the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation. Mr. Ngo consulted on the France-funded Insurance Training Center project of the Vietnamese Ministry of Finance.
Mr. Ngo has three-year experience in direct consultancy with his service as CEO, Deputy CEO, BOD Member in charge of Planning - Strategies, Business Development and External Relations.
He previously served as Director of Merger & Acquisition Services, FPT Securities.
Mr. Ngo is currently BOD Chairman of Baonam Investment & Advisory.
He holds an MBA degree, a CII and a Bachelor Degree of Economics in Finance and Credit in Hanoi University of Finance and Accounting.
Mr. Ta Chien
Mr. Ta presently serves as Deputy CEO of Vietnam National Aviation Insurance, which ranks among the seven largest insurers in Vietnam.
He has 15 years of experience in insurance and insurance brokerage. He served as Project Manager and IT Director at Aon Vietnam.
Mr. Ta formerly worked as advisor for the "Extension of Micro Insurance for Low-income People in Vietnam" project, which was developed by the International Labor Organization and financed by the Ford Foundation.
He is a Senior Associate of the Australian and New Zealand Institute of Insurance and Finance (ANZIIF).
He also engaged in and consulted on big insurance projects in Vietnam in the fields of property, engineering, energy and aviation, etc.
He has a MBA degree and Bachelor Degrees in Economics and Engineering.
Ms Nguyen Kieu An
Ms Nguyen acts as Operation Manager of QBE Insurance Australia in Vietnam. She is responsible for the research and development of liability and property insurance products.
She has over ten years of experience in insurance and reinsurance in Vietnam and has held various important positions in leading insurance companies.
Ms Nguyen is specialized in the field of insurance training and consultancy. She has worked with GINET in a number of insurance training programs.
She is a Senior Associate of the Australian and New Zealand Institute of Insurance and Finance (ANZIIF).
Mr. Nguyen Anh Duc
Mr. Nguyen has 18 years of experience in insurance, reinsurance and insurance brokerage.
He currently serves as Head of Property Insurance at Bao Viet.
Mr. Nguyen is a senior insurance expert with profound experience and has engaged in the underwriting of thousands of significant and large-scaled insurance projects in Vietnam.
He holds an MBA degree and is a Senior Associate of the Australian and New Zealand Institute of Insurance and Finance (ANZIIF).
Mr. Tran Viet Thanh
Mr. Tran currently serves as CEO of Chat Xam Viet.
He has acted as Lead Lecturer on leadership and professional management skill improvement for managers from construction companies at the Academy of Managers for Construction and Cities (AMC) of the Ministry of Construction for five years.
Mr. Tran is in charge of corporate development consultancy programs at AMC.
He has three-year experience in direct consultancy with his service as Deputy CEO of Planning - Strategy, HR Director, Strategic Marketing Manager, ISO Manager and BOD Honorary Member.
He has a Master Degree in Economic Management and Certificate of CEO training from NUS Singapore.
Ms Tran Thi Hoang Lan
Ms Tran serves as Director of Risk Management and Insurance Services at Aon Vietnam, the world's No. 1 insurance broker and Vietnam's largest insurance brokerage firm. Her role is to manage risk management and insurance services for global clients and large companies and take charge of affinity insurance programs and employee benefit insurance schemes.
She has over 16 years of experience in insurance constancy and brokerage and has been directly involved in the underwriting of the most large-scaled and complex insurance deals ever seen in Vietnam.
Ms. Tran is a Senior Associate of the Australian and New Zealand Institute of Insurance and Finance (ANZIIF).
Ms Tran Bich Thuy
Ms Tran acts as Director of Personal Insurance at Aon Vietnam.
After 16 years of experience in insurance brokerage, she is particularly specialized in personal insurance services. She has successfully consulted on and developed a number of employee benefit insurance schemes and international health insurance programs for international organizations and companies.
She has worked several international and domestic health insurance companies.
As a highly-qualified and professional insurance consultant, Ms Tran currently acts as lecturer at Aon Learning Center.
She is a Senior Associate of the Australian and New Zealand Institute of Insurance and Finance (ANZIIF).
Ms Nguyen Thi Ngoc Nga
Ms Nguyen has over 15 years of experience working at foreign financial and banking institutions, where she has held major positions such as Sales & Marketing Manager at Sony Vietnam and Akzo Noble, Northern Agent Manager of AIA (AIG Vietnam) with the main responsibility of managing over 6,000 agents, Senior Lecturer of Manulife Vietnam, which is responsible for training more than 1,200 employees and agents of Manulife Vietnam, and Director of SeaBank Training Center.
She also has three years of experience in consultancy and banking, insurance and real estate training.
Ms Nguyen has been successful in professional lecturing skill improvement training, marketing skill improvement courses and personal development sand teamwork skill development programs.
She received a bachelor degree from the National Economics University.
Mr. Nguyen Quoc Phon
Mr. Nguyen has ten years of experience working as Director of German Corporate Development Consulting Center in Vietnam.
He is a senior lecturer in sales, strategies and negotiation for professional manager training programs at Hanoi-based training center.
He has years of studding and working abroad.
Mr. Phan Anh Luu
Mr. Phan was formerly a member of the bank modernization project of the State Bank of Vietnam.
He has served as Sales Director at Total Gaz Vietnam for five years.
Mr. Phan has seven years of experience in management training, customer focus, marketing skills and group activities.
He received a master degree in development management from the Polytechnic University of Turin.
Mr. Nguyen Truong Son

He has over nine years of experience in HR training, coaching and development with respect to sales, services, management and leadership for mid and senior-ranking officers and is one of the most prestigious and popular lecturers in the training and coaching market.
Mr. Nguyen has succeeded in mid and senior management training programs for joint ventures and foreign companies such as Sony Vietnam, US Commercial Service, Prudential Vietnam and CavicoMining.
